ご注意ください!!米国のフロン製品が輸入禁止になる可能性があります[AIM法によるフロン規制厳格化]

 What Is the AIM Act?

Under the AIM Act, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires a phased reduction in the production and consumption of HFC (hydrofluorocarbons) through 2036. Reduction targets are established for specific periods and are measured against a baseline level from 2011–2013. As a result, equipment that uses HFC refrigerants is subject to import restrictions in the United States.

Examples of Product Categories Already Regulated

Industrial air-conditioning equipment and chillers  using refrigerants with a GWP of 700 or higher
Details of regulation:  Manufacture and customs clearance of affected products are prohibited.
However, products that cleared customs before the regulation takes effect may continue to be sold for up to three years. Maintenance of these products is also permitted.
