PCU-NE Series non-freon chillers use R1234yf refrigerant. Because the PCU-NE Series chillers uses non-freon refrigerant they are exempt from the Fluorocarbons Recovery and Destruction Law and have absolutely no fluorocarbon-related labor and costs such as periodic inspections and preparing process management documentation required of fluorocarbon chillers. What’s more, they are the first chillers in the industry market with drive recorder and time calendar functions. The chiller records circulation water outlet temperature, circulation water set temperature, accumulated operating time, error date and time, and other important operation data in two minute intervals. By monitoring chiller operation status and isolating the cause of problems, these functions greatly reduce the time and effort consumed on dealing with problems just in case one occurs.

The high-performance chiller PCU-SL Series' innovative IOF sensor constantly monitors circulation water inlet and outlet temperature and circulation water flow rate. By making it possible for the chiller to detect changes in load and flow faster and more accurately caused by production processes than any other chiller, the sensor quickly stabilizes circulation water temperature. What's more, PCU-SL Series chillers have an innovative structure that gives them the toughness needed for harsh environments. Additionally, a structure that separates the top and bottom of the unit provides IPX4 water protection that withstands tests even more demanding than JIS standards, thus making it possible to install the chiller outdoors with confidence.

Precision chillersPCU-R series
The precision chiller PCU-R Series has a cooling cycle utilizing three electronic expansion valves and an innovative parallel task control that provides PID control of the chiller's parallel heaters. This feature combines wide range with precision control, something that older inverter control and hot gas control chillers had trouble achieving. With a minus 10 to 80℃ temperature range and ±0.5℃ accuracy, these chillers can be used in a wide range of situations that require precise cycling water temperature regulation. Moreover, a multistage centrifugal pump using special blades that rapidly rotate in a horizontal direction achieves excellent water feeding capacity and pulsation-free, high-pressure pumping.
