Standard features
Since the circulation system is an internal one, it is useful not only for “cooling” but also for “dust prevention” and “dehumidification”.
Internal circulation cooling by the control panel cooler allows the control panel to be cooled to a set temperature while remaining sealed without any concerns about oil mist or dust. In addition, condensation and other problems due to moisture can be prevented by carrying out dehumidification. Electronic devices inside the panels of manufacturing sites will be maintained in their best condition to realize stable manufacturing.
Problems with conventional heat countermeasures
Panel fan
The effect is largely dependent on the surrounding environment.
The effect is greatly influenced by the surrounding environment, and a huge effect cannot be expected when the outside air temperature is high. In addition, as outside air is sucked into the panel by the panel fan, “dust” and “oil mist” infiltrate the panel, causing problems in some cases instead.
Heat exchanger
There is no effect when the temperature of the outside air is high.
Unlike the fan for the panel, heat can be dissipated while the control panel is still in a sealed condition, but since the heat is dissipated using the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the panel, a significant effect therefore cannot be expected when the outside air temperature is high. Caution is required because the capacity may drop in some cases in summer.
Spot cooler
Condensation may occur because cooling occurs rapidly.
Although a spot cooler is used as an emergency measure, it is originally designed for rapid cooling by the operator, so there is a possibility that condensation may occur when cooling electronic devices. In addition, it is not possible to prevent dust or oil mist as the panel is open to the outside.
Air conditioning duct branch
There is a difference due to the distance and temperature unevenness occurs.
Due to the distance from the air conditioning and the amount of heat generated inside the panel, it is difficult to control the individual temperature for each control panel, resulting in extremely uneven cooling in the method. In addition, it is not suitable as an emergency heat countermeasure in the summer because it takes time to carry out the branching work of the cooling duct.

Cooling is not affected by the outside air temperature
Cools reliably until the set temperature
Since fans and heat exchangers depend on the outside air temperature, the capacity may become insufficient in cases when the outside air becomes hot, e.g. in summer when cooling is most needed etc. By mounting a cooler with the appropriate capacity, the control panel cooler takes into account the penetration heat to ensure that the temperature is lowered to the set temperature.
Gradual cooling to prevent condensation
Mild cooling design
Condensation is suppressed by reducing the temperature difference between the cold air outlet and the suction port to a value lower than that of a typical air conditioner while removing the moisture to cool the air gradually. This resulted in a cooling that is beneficial to electronic devices. The cooler is designed to be used with assurance even in humid countries.
Safety structure to prevent water leakage
Double drain pan [ceiling mounting type only]
The secure structure consists of a double drain pan so that the secondary drain pan catches and discharges the drain water even if water were to leak from the primary drain pan. Moreover, a float sensor is installed on the primary side. When the water level rises, an alarm is displayed and an external output is given to stop the cooling operation.

ECO operation mode
It is possible to choose the operation mode of the internal cooling fan according to the operating conditions of the cooler. Two types of air blowing modes are available, a continuous air blowing mode that delivers air with or without the cooler in operation, and a synchronous blowing mode, which delivers air synchronously with the compressor.

The temperature “differential”, which is the difference between the cooling start and cooling stop temperatures of the cooler, can be set freely between 3 °C and 10 °C. This cooler has been employed in automobile, iron and steel, paper making, chemical and other factories to realize more flexible settings as it is a product that can be used in a wide variety of applications.

A standard insulation coating is applied to the board, on the assumption that the terminals may be short-circuited due to dust, etc. adhering to the board. The surface of the board can be coated with a tough, dry coating, which may have deteriorated as a result of external factors such as dust, moisture, gas, salt damage and so on. The products have become higher in reliability and quality.

Multi-function flat panel board
In addition to the temperature display inside the panel, a variety of settings such as the panel internal temperature setting, high temperature error setting, operation mode setting, inspection notification cycle setting etc. can be selected arbitrarily. In addition, the flat panel board is fixed to the front panel of the cooler as there are no gaps in the structure, so the environmental resistance is also excellent.

Self-diagnosis function
The board is also equipped with a self-diagnosis function. A variety of error codes is displayed according to the situation, such as refrigeration circuit overload detection, temperature sensor error, drain water level error and so on.
