Waterproof SUS body
Durable for use in wet/humid environments and outdoors
The external panel is made entirely of stainless steel to ensure durability and high weather resistance. This allows for extended use even in harsh environments such as wet, humid, or outdoor environments. Internally, the condenser is coated with cationic electro-deposition paint and the refrigerant pipes are coated with modified epoxy resin paint*, resulting in a highly reliable HFC-alternative control panel cooling unit. You can also use them safely in food factories and for outdoor control panels.

Modified epoxy resin-based coating
The copper refrigerant pipes are highly-reliable and are coated with rust‐preventative, salt water resistant modified epoxy resin-based coating.

Coating composed of epoxy resin is applied using an electrochemical reaction for extremely high anti-corrosion performance without any unevenness in the coat.

Inverter control reduces electricity costs
While ON/OFF control has been adopted for existing series, with ENC-GR-SUS series, compressor and fan in which DC motor is incorporated are controlled by inverter. Not running at full power until reaching 100% load ratio reduces running costs. Moreover, the temperature does not change when if worksnormally like as ON/OFF control, so the stress on an electric device can be reduced.

All models respond to high-temperature environment (MAX55°C) is ensured by controlling the temperature of compressor head. DC compressor and self-developed inverter control the number of revolutions to suppress the temperature rise of compressor under hightemperature environment. The cooling operation is enabled under high-temperature environment where the protection function of an existing constant-velocity compressor has functioned to stop cooling.

Dry mode
The cooling mode of the GR-eco Series features a dry mode that can be switched on when operating in high humidity locations or environments. Please change the dry mode when, for example, equipments start up with moisture interference.
