Features of mist collector GME-S-Pro Series
Multi-step collection and positive pressure drain allow for extended periods without the need for maintenance.
This lineup of professional eco models is packed with all the elements necessary for them to continue to maintain their performance at your site. The industry's first body that can be taken apart allows you to freely overhaul the mist collector.

Multi-step collection prevents clogging usingthe optimal part for each mist particle size
Step1:Collect 99.9% of 5μm or larger oil mist particles
an active cyclonic system with a turbo fan placed at the very front is employed to separate the large mist particles by strong positive wind.
Step2:Collect 1μm or larger oil mist particles
Smaller oil mist particles that pass through the current plate are then directed circumferentially by the slit disc.
The oil mist separated by the slit disc grows into droplets at the bell mouth before being discharged through the drain port.
Positive pressure drain prevents internal dirt buildup
A turbo fan is placed at the very front to implement a strong active cyclone by a positive pressure.
Mist particles are reliably discharged from a drain port placed in the direction of the flow of the active cyclone.
This not only minimizes mist adherence and foreign matter buildup inside the housing, which tended to occur with conventional filter systems and cyclonic systems, but also means that a liquid seal, which has been problematic to use and manage, is no longer necessary.
Easy overhauls with a body designed to be taken apart
Normally, mist collectors are structured so as not to be dismantled and worked on, so even if you wanted to overhaul your mist collector and thoroughly clean it, you would soon become frustrated.
In contrast, the GME Series is structured so as to allow you to disassemble the body into the front, middle, and rear, and also easily remove multiple collection parts placed inside the body.
This lineup of professional models offers high maintainability to ensure long-term use while maintaining the same level of performance as when first deployed.
Save more energy
Low power consumption even with large air volume is achieved by employing a high-efficiency PM motor as standard* as well as a streamlined body to reduce loss at non-collection parts.
In addition, all models, including the 400 W model, are equipped with an inverter to regulate the air volume as needed, making them more energy-efficient than conventional on/off-controlled mist collectors.
* The 400W model is equipped with an induction motor.
Energy-saving structure
A new streamlined body has reduced loss from non-collection parts to the utmost limit, decreasing power consumption per air volume.
Energy saving by inverter control
The motor rotation speed can be selected as needed at 70%, 80%, 90%, or 100% to reduce power consumption.
