Special specifications features
Downflow
Downflow cooling to efficiently cool large inverters
Electronic devices inside a control panel may be equipped with a self cooling fan to suck in air from the bottom in the first place. In this case, cold air from a cooler can be said to be preferably supplied from the bottom in terms of achieving the most efficient cooling. Downflow-type electronic devices such as large inverters etc. that suck in air from the bottom can be cooled more efficiently.
Large/400 V type
We offer the largest class with 400 V specifications in Japan
For large coolers, a side model with a cooling capacity of 5500 W (60 Hz) is available, while for ultra-large coolers, a ceiling model with a cooling capacity of 3500 W (60 Hz) is available. In addition, we also offer a cooler with 400 V specifications that can accommodate the control panels of large plant-based and overseas equipment. You can choose to install multiple coolers or select one without having to provide a transformer and so on.
SUS body indoor specifications
The outer plate body is made entirely of stainless steel, environmental resistance has been greatly improved
An all stainless steel body has been adopted for the outer plate so that it can be used safely in very humid factories, e.g. in a workplace where steam is constantly being generated at a food factory. Ferritic stainless steel copper is employed to prevent rust by applying a thin passivation coating on the surface to reproduce a new oxide coating even when the surface is damaged.
Water-cooled
A water-cooled system that is filter-less, fan-less and maintenance-free has been realized
Clogging of filters is severe in harsh manufacturing sites and a lot of man-hours are spent on maintenance for air-cooled control panel cooling units, but water-cooled control panel cooling units are maintenance-free as they are not equipped with filters. This helps to reduce maintenance man-hours and no cost is incurred to replace the filter too.
Heat-resistant model
First in the industry! Cooling even under an ultra-high temperature environment of a maximum of 70 °C
Equipped with a “temperature-type automatic expansion valve” that automatically adjusts the refrigerant pressure in the refrigerant tube in response to external air fluctuations. By maintaining an optimal refrigeration cycle even at ultra-high temperatures, a stable cooling operation has been made possible without having to stop the compressor. The model can be used safely even in locations where control panel cooling units usually cannot be installed easily e.g. control panels around a furnace etc.
