Mist collectors in action

Oil mist collection of machine tools

A customer was using another company's cyclone-type mist collector to collect mist from a large machine tool. Dissatisfied with the collection performance and amount of drain collected, they tested our high-performance disk-type GME-S-Pro series. In addition to the improved collection performance, the overwhelming amount of drain discharge was also the deciding factor in their adoption. Unlike conventional mist collectors, GME-S-Pro series has positive pressure drain outlets, making it a highly economical mist collector that discharges all collected mist outside the machine without leaving any behind.

Oil mist collection of rubber molding process

A customer was considering improving the environment around a molding machine for automotive rubber parts. They had difficulty finding a mist collector that was just right in terms of airflow and installation space. That is when they found the GME-S-eco series on catalog, which is highly energy-efficient and small with a large air flow, so they applied for the test equipment rental service for free. During the test period, the on-site environment immediately improved and made the manufacturing staff pleased, they decided to adopt the equipment.

Oil mist collection of NC lathe

A customer has over 100 machine tools in operation. It was budgetarily difficult to install a mist collector for each machine tool, so they decided to install the high volume mist collector GME-S-eco series by branching it out with a duct, and allowing one unit to collect mist from multiple pieces of equipment. The GME-S-eco series has a streamlined body that minimizes pressure loss outside the collection area, achieving an overwhelmingly large air flow compared to conventional mist collectors.

Collecting machining equipment oil mist

The GME-F2200 high-performance filter mist collector is used for collecting mist generated by large-capacity machining equipment, which generates large quantities of mist that causes typical mist collectors to clog quickly. The GME-F2200 has a high-performance filter developed by Apiste that can even collect microscopic mist particles. Air drawn into the high-performance filter easily discharges oil mist condensed on the filter's glass fibers because the air flows at a right angle to the flow of oil discharge. What's more, a standard pressure gauge that monitors pressure on both sides of the filter makes it easy to check for abnormal clogs, in the unlikely event that one occurs.
