Our newly developed smoke-catch filter even captures oil mist ultra-micro-particles left behind by the slit-disc filters efficiency. With the smoke-catch filter, you no longer have to worry about the gap between particle size and filter effectiveness.
Easy maintenance
A differential pressure gage is standard equipment
While filter replacement is essential to maintaining filter performance over the long run, for most mist collectors, it is impossible to check the condition of inside filters from outside. GME-F2200, however, has a differential pressure gage that shows differential pressure in front and behind the filter. By checking the filter clog level, you'll always know when it's time to replace the filter.
Easy filter replacement
Doing filter maintenance is very troublesome when you can only reach to the filter from the top of the machine. That's why the GME-F2200 has a pre-filter and smoke-catch filter located at an easy-to-access height.
Accessing the filters from the front door makes easy to clean the pre-filter and replace the smoke-catch filter.
Premium Efficiency Motor
Under the Act on the Rational Use of Energy (Energy Conservation Act), three-phase induction motors are now subject to top runner regulations.
The GME-F2200, which is equipped with a motor that is subject to regulated output, is equipped with a premium efficiency motor (IE3).
This contributes to reducing running costs and preserving the global environment.
