Welding torch cooling

A customer who is promoting the shift to HFC alternative refrigerant equipment updated their existing chiller to the PCU-NE series HFC alternative chiller. The application is cooling welding torches. The customer was measuring the chiller's return water temperature with an external temperature sensor to prevent pipe blockages inside the torch. The PCU-NE series has a function that display the external temperature sensor value on the LCD panel of the chiller body, and since its introduction, the customer has been very pleased with how much easier it is to check the temperature.
Sputtering equipment cooling water temperature control

When the existing chiller broke down, they upgraded to the PCU-NE series HFC alternative chiller. The application was to control the temperature of the cooling water for a sputtering device. The sputtering device would shut down in an emergency if the cooling water temperature became too high, which would result in a large loss when producing expensive workpieces. The high control stability, flow rate, head, and other product specifications of HFC alternative chiller were highly rated, leading to their decision to adopt it.
Cooling of vacuum deposition equipment

A customer using vacuum deposition equipment has adopted the PCU-R series Precision chillers. Highly stability temperature-controlled circulating water is required to precisely control film thickness and form a uniform film. The PCU-R series controls circulating water with a high stability stability of ±0.05°C, and its multi-stage centrifugal pump allows for pulsation-free water delivery, which was highly praised and led to its adoption.
Indirect cooling of oil for hydraulic presses

A customer who was considering countermeasures for the high temperature of hydraulic oil in a large hydraulic press in an underground pit decided to adopt the high-performance chiller PCU-SL series. Since there was not enough space to install it in the underground pit, we proposed indirect cooling with a chiller. The customer also appreciated the tough structure of the PCU-SL series, which can maintain cooling capacity even in a harsh on-site environment with oil mist and dust flying around.
Cooling of the micro oscillator in the vulcanizer

The high-performance PCU-SL series chiller was selected following an update to the aging chiller that was installed to cool the micro transmitter when the vulcanizer was introduced. The PCU-SL series has a ventilation path on the top of the main body, which makes the intake air volume more uniform compared to conventional single-surface intake chillers and prevents capacity decline when filter clogging, which was highly evaluated and led to the customer's selection.
Cooling of coolant tanks (outdoor installation)

high-performance chiller PCU-SL series was adopted to indirectly cool the coolant tanks of machine tools. By installing the chiller outdoors, the chiller can be installed in a space-saving manner within the factory, and the factory's heat exhaust can be suppressed, which was highly evaluated. The PCU-SL series has high water performance (IPX4) and comes with a high-lift pump as standard, so it can be used safely even in remote outdoor locations.
