Machining center spindle cooling
The VSC-N series HFC alternative oil chiller was adopted for cooling the spindle and headstock, which have a significant impact on the machining stability of machining centers. The VSC-N series uses hot gas bypass control with a heating valve to vary cooling capacity according to the heat generation of the object being cooled, allowing for high-stability control of ±0.1°C, which was difficult with conventional constant-type oil chiller. It can also be used with confidence to cool the spindles of machine tools, which require high control stability.
