SUS body indoor specifications

The outer plate body is made entirely of stainless steel, environmental resistance has been greatly improved

An all stainless steel body has been adopted for the outer plate so that it can be used safely in very humid factories, e.g. in a workplace where steam is constantly being generated at a food factory. Ferritic stainless steel copper is employed to prevent rust by applying a thin passivation coating on the surface to reproduce a new oxide coating even when the surface is damaged.

Water-cooling type

A water-cooled system that is filter-less, fan-less and maintenance-free has been realized

In harsh manufacturing site, filter clogging easily, and Air-cooling type Enclosure Cooling Unit require significant maintenance. However, water-cooled cooler do not have filter, making them maintenance-free. This reduces maintenance time and eliminates the cost of filter replacement.

Heat-resistant model

First in the industry! Cooling even under an ultra-high temperature environment of a maximum of 70℃

Equipped with a "temperature-controlled automatic expansion valve" that automatically adjusts refrigerant pressure in refrigerant pipes in response to fluctuations in outside temperature, it maintains an optimal freezing cycle even under extremely high temperatures, enabling stable cooling operation without stopping compressor. It can be used with confidence even in locations where it would be difficult to install a standard Enclosure Cooling Unit, such as around furnace panel.
