We offer 400 V specifications
We also offer a cooler with 400 V specifications that can accommodate the control panels of large plant-based and overseas equipment. You can choose to install multiple coolers or select one without having to provide a transformer and so on.
SUS body indoor specifications
The outer plate body is made entirely of stainless steel, environmental resistance has been greatly improved
An all stainless steel body has been adopted for the outer plate so that it can be used safely in very humid factories, e.g. in a workplace where steam is constantly being generated at a food factory. Ferritic stainless steel copper is employed to prevent rust by applying a thin passivation coating on the surface to reproduce a new oxide coating even when the surface is damaged.
Water-cooling type
A water-cooled system that is filter-less, fan-less and maintenance-free has been realized
In harsh manufacturing site, filter tend clogging easily, and Air-cooling type control panel cooling unit require a lot of maintenance work, but water-cooled cooler do not have filter and are maintenance-free. This reduces maintenance work and eliminates the cost of filter replacement.
Heat-resistant model
First in the industry! Cooling even under an ultra-high temperature environment of a maximum of 70℃
Equipped with a "thermal expansion valve" that automatically adjusts refrigerant pressure in refrigerant pipes according to fluctuations in the outside air temperature. By maintaining an optimal freezing cycle even at extremely high temperatures, stable cooling operation is possible without stopping compressor. It can be used safely in places where it would be difficult to install a regular control panel cooling unit, such as panel around furnaces.
