The surface of the ultra-fine filters is made up fine fibers with a diameter of several hundred nanometers. Because the gaps (pores) between fibers is extremely small, only a few micrometers, the filter surface is able to filter large amounts of dust.
In addition, each filter has numerous pleats (folds), creating about twice the filtration area of a standard filter, allowing it to hold a large amount of dust.
Optimal automatic dust removal
The GDE-A Series uses pulse jets to automatically remove dust from the filter. Select the optimal mode according to the usage environment.

Air flow can be controlled and operating status can be seen for energy savings
The GDE-A Series uses an inverter and proprietary automatic air flow control function to ensure stable operation at a preset air flow (speed can also be set) regardless of filter clogging status. As a result, dust collection at excessive air flow, which can cause filter clogging, can be suppressed. It is also possible to check the set air flow, current operating air flow, filter differential pressure level, and fan speed. In addition, because air flow is controlled by the inverter, power consumption can be reduced by about 65% at a set air flow of 60% when compared to damper control.or energy savings.
Easy filter replacement
filter replacement for the GDE-A series can be done without tools.
It is a simple task of just opening the door and pulling out filter, so it does not put any strain on the worker.
Optional fume box allows for collection of fumes
Fume Box
To collect fumes generated during laser processing and welding, the GDE-A Series offers an optional proprietary fume box that can be installed to either side of the main unit and a metal dust box for the main unit.

Auto supply of filter aid
The GDE-A Series proprietary fume box comes with a device to automatically supply the filter aid*. Configure the amount of filter aid to be automatically supplied and the interval according to your usage environment.
