Machining center spindle cooling
The VSC-N series HFC alternative oil chiller was adopted for cooling the spindle of a machining center. When the old oil chiller chiller broke down, the customer was prompted to upgrade to a HFC alternative oil chiller in light of recent regulations on fluorocarbons. The system has been particularly well received for its ability to reduce the cost and man-hours required for fluorocarbon management, and for the fact that there is no need to pay for the recovery and destruction of fluorocarbons when disposal.
