Control Panel Cooling units FAQ

We have a harsh factory floor environment where oil mist and dust particles get inside control panels and equipment ends up damaged. Does using a control panel cooling unit prevent oil mist and dust particles from getting inside the equipment?

A control panel cooling unit has an independent structure on the inside and outside of the panel and outside air will not be drawn inside the panel. This helps to prevent oil mist and dust from infiltrating into the control panel.

In addition, the internal areas of the panel can also be dehumidified so as to discharge the drain water generated when cooling the inside of the panel outside the machine.
Besides “cooling” the inside of the panel in this way, the ability to “prevent dust” and “dehumidify” is also a major advantage of installing a control panel cooling unit.
