ENC-AR-HD Series standard SUS features
High weather resistance is achieved by a structural design which fully takes rust prevention into consideration.
The condenser fins are coated with an epoxy resin in the internal structure. In order to apply the resin in detail, dip painting to immerse the parts in a paint bath and baking treatment are carried out. In addition, a metal epoxy primer coating is applied on the refrigerant piping. The ultimate weather resistance has been realized.

| Salt water resistance | No abnormalities even when immersed for 120 hours in a sodium chloride solution (3W/V%). |

| Bending resistance | Must be able to withstand bending with a diameter of 3 mm. |
| Salt spray resistance | No rust, swelling or peeling of the coating film in a 96-hour test. |
| Cross-cut adhesion test | Classification of 1 when the cellophane tape peels off in the 1 mm grid cross-cut adhesion test. |
| Rust resistance | Extent of rust must not be greater compared to that of a standard product when the coated film is peeled off without any rust on the surface during a one-year test. |
ENC-AS-HDS Series Low-Noise features
Powerful cooling with quieter operation. Super low-noise models,as low as 45 dB
This series minimizes the operating noise of the compressor and radiation fan, which are typically the main noise sources in conventional outdoor control panel cooling units. The super low-noise models can even be installed in residential areas. Choose from units with a cooling capacity of 500W, 1000W, or 2000W. The power supply voltage is available in 100 V AC, 200 V AC, or 48 V DC. These super lownoise cooling units can be used for a wide variety of applications, such as digital signage, fast chargers, and mobile communication base stations.
Saltwater resistance for use anywhere
The exterior alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheeting features a highly weather-resistant polyester powder coating for use even in areas prone to salt damage. The ENC-AS1000HDS-DC model features interior sheet metal with the same polyester powder coating for even greater weather resistance.
