Drain evaporation unit
Drain evaporation unit
ENC-007A/014A
This allows the drainage water generated from the FA cooler to be evaporated.
Details
Achieves a noise level of 40 db (ENC-007A)
In conventional models, there used to be a motor to splash water inside the unit, which resulted in an increased noise level due to the water hitting the inner wall of the unit. However, a noise value of 40 db (ENC-007A) was achieved successfully by adopting a new method to reduce the noise.
Various safety designs
The heaters for evaporation and heating have built-in overheating shutdown circuits that are independent of each other to ensure adequate fire protection.
In addition, the main body is a double structure to ensure that the outer plate section does not get too hot.
Discharge vent air temperature is 5 to 10 °C higher than the outside air
Due to the structure, the temperature of the air coming out of the discharge vent in conventional drainage evaporation units had a tendency to increase but Apiste has resolved this problem by using a new system.
Overflow alarm output standard equipment
In the event water that cannot be fully vaporized is about to overflow from the main body, a dedicated water level sensor senses the error and immediately sends an external warning to ensure safety.
Turbulent heated air + computerized heating water vaporization system
Due to the fine evaporation air, steam will not be visible from the outlet, and condensation will not occur and flood the area around the unit.
What is the turbulent heated air + computerized heating water vaporization system?
First, drain water is vaporized by an electronic heater (at this point, the particles in the vaporized water are large and tends to condense easily), then in the turbulent vaporization process of the air heated by a sheath heater, the water vapor particles becomes even more minute before they are released into the outside air. The turbulent heated air + computerized heating water vaporization system is a system developed independently by Apiste.
