Technical Information

2-1.Air Air-cooling type heat exchanger (liquid-gas)

This explains the structure and characteristics of Air-cooling type heat exchangers (liquid-gas).

structure

The basic structure is a tube bundle (fins and tubes, etc.) and a fan. The liquid to be cooled is circulated through the tube bundle by a pump, and air is blown through the tube bundle by a fan, cooling the liquid by the temperature difference between the liquid and the air.

Features

- Because it uses the surrounding air, no resources other than power supply are required, and there are few restrictions on where it can be installed.

- Low running and maintenance costs, making it environment friendly.

- If the temperature difference between the ambient air and the liquid is small, the cooling efficiency will decrease and it will not be possible to cool the liquid below the temperature of the ambient air.
